All Care / Support workers complete the common induction standards and are trained but not limited in the following:

Further training is available dependent on the role that the staff member is to undertake, such as end of life care, medication administration, dementia care and stroke awareness. 

All Carers / Support workers are encouraged to achieve QCF Diploma level 2.

A structured training and development programme is in place for all staff and staff are encouraged to take ownership for their own career development.
