In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we are still providing quality home care services for our clients and operating business as usual. Our main goal is to ensure that our customers continue to receive the levels of support needed in the safest possible way.
We are working closely with the NHS and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure we take responsible measures to minimise the risk and protect the most vulnerable. This includes distributing adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves and aprons to our staff across the country.
We continue to monitor developments and prepare appropriate responses as the situation evolves. We are committed to ensuring that all the necessary steps are taken in order to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all our customers and staff, whilst maintaining the high levels of service we have been delivering for so many years.
We understand that during these uncertain times you may have questions about yours or your loved one’s care, which is why we are here to answer any questions you might have. For those of you who have been affected by self-isolation, our helpline is open 24/7.
